Why? Because burgers are awesome.We will be grinding all our own meat for the burgers in a super neat fashion. We aren’t squishing them into burgers but merely holding them together so that the grain all forms in one way. Then, you will simply bite across the grain. The same way you would eat steak. Which is also awesome.All ketchup, mustards, mayo and any other sauce will be made by us.The only side available will be hand-cut fries (what else do you need?).The kind folks at The Brass Rail will let you take your burgers inside to eat. (As long as you’re 21+) And they have beer! Which too, is very awesome.
